Editor’s Note: This was supposed to be posted Friday, but I was having technical difficulties. My normal posting schedule will resume (hopefully!) next week.
My regularly scheduled Friday post has a new twist this week. Jenni from the Blog hosts a weekly challenge, called Your Three Words(Y3W) in which bloggers attempt to summarize their week in a three-word title. My three word this week are “three day weekend!”
For all my readers who live in Central Florida (or visit here often), I’d like to alert you to two outstanding events going on here in September: Magical Dining Month and Miracle Miles.
My husband and I had a wonderful meal at Winter Park gastropub The Ravenous Pig, and it was too delicious not to share. Follow along with us while I give you a peek at the treats we enjoyed.
Well it finally happened … ‘Lil Buddy learned to crawl and to pull up and cruise, and life around the house suddenly got a whole lot more interesting.

Last Friday was National Dog Day. While I am a little late in posting about it, it’s too good of a cause not to mention.
